Grease a cake pan and cover the bottom and sides with croissant dough. Make sure that there are no gaps between the pieces of dough. Bake the minced meat and add the Mexican herbs. Add the Mexican vegetable mix. Put the meat in the dough-covered cake pan. Beat 2 or 3 eggs and mix them with a portion of the grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture on the meat. Finally sprinkle the remaining portion of the cheese on the cake. If there are any edges of dough sticking out, they can be folded inwards. Bake in an oven for half an hour at 200 degrees.
